I am an associate professor at the University of Northern British Columbia.
My research interests are in partial differential equations (PDE) and nonlinear analysis. Keywords related to my research include: elliptic and parabolic nonlinear PDE, traveling fronts and propagation phenomena, nonlocal diffusion, fractional Laplacian, reaction-diffusion systems, mathematical biology, population dynamics, and semilinear wave equations.
I obtained my PhD from Aix-Marseille Université in 2008 under the supervision of François Hamel. I then held a PIMS Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver until 2010. From 2010 until 2011, I was a Postdoctoral Associate at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA. From 2012 until 2014, I was an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto. I held faculty positions at the American University of Beirut (2014–2016) and the University of New Brunswick (2016–2019)
